TA coaches build relationships with the staff of the program. They will meet with the Directors to identify areas of support. TA Coaches follow the Practice-Based Coaching model which includes the cycle of collecting data, providing feedback, and supporting with implementation. They also provide guidance to the Director as the program’s leader and mentor for their teaching staff. TA Coaches can also provide staff trainings and/or professional development onsite.
