The Family Services Specialist - Outpost is responsible for maintaining accurate information about families in the Statewide Data System, Enhanced Field System (EFS), screening applicants for financial assistance, and performing eligibility determination and enrollment for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start childcare programs. This position requires a candidate who is bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Creole or Spanish proficiently.

The Technical Assistance Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting in the administration, coordination, monitoring of programmatic support and technical assistance to the Early Head Start (EHS) grant participating Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) sites in their implementation of the designated curriculum for infants, toddlers, and twos. The Technical Assistance Specialist will also provide technical assistance and training requested by EHS-CCP participants related to the CLASS assessment process, developmentally appropriate teaching strategies and quality programming. This position engages in a variety of activities to ensure that the participating provider staff and system partner staff have opportunities to build capacity and skills to support the implementation of the recommended curricula and assessment tools in connection with local quality initiatives.

The Family Services Manager position is primarily responsible for managing a team that provides enrollment and eligibility services for all School Readiness (SR), Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK), CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start childcare programs. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of the services provided.
