ASPIRE Supports Early Learning Educators


The ASPIRE program is dedicated to empowering early learning educators across Palm Beach County. Started in 2021, ASPIRE focused on increasing the number of new educators joining the field of early learning, 


ASPIRE supported 298 new early learning educators working at 86 programs in our community!


In 2024/25 ASPIRE will continue to uplift these educators by supporting their ongoing professional development and growth.

    ASPIRE is currently serving existing program educators.  For more information on ASPIRE please reach out to:

  • What does ASPIRE currently cover?

    ASPIRE is working with current program educators to complete their Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent Florida credential.


    Program features include: 


    • Support with registration
    • Technology for online classes, meetings, and coursework
    • Focused coaching 
    • Educator bonus upon completion of the credential
