REGISTRATION OPENS ON MARCH 10TH!
The Early Learning Coalition is hosting its 7th Annual Early Childhood Conference: EMPOWER on Saturday, May 3 at Keiser University Flagship Campus in West Palm Beach, FL.
Join Us as a Sponsor or Exhibitor!
The attendees of the conference will consist of local early childhood educators, owners, directors, and parents. Access to child care and early learning programs gives parents and caregivers the opportunity to go to work every day and contribute to Florida's economy, while their children are acquiring skills that will prepare them for school success. All children depend on these early connections to build a solid foundation for their future learning, behavior, and health.
The Empower ’25 Conference will consist of workshops, interactive lectures, exhibitors, and keynote addresses, along with a lunch for our attendees.
- In Person Exhibitor Booth - This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization to the mix of directors, owners, owner/operators, early child care teachers, and parents throughout Palm Beach County.
- Sponsorship Opportunities – This is also an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization and show your continued support of the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County!
- Donation Items for Our Raffle - With your participation in the event, we are requesting one donation item per sponsor/exhibitor that will be used for either raffle items or provider/teacher achievement awards.
For Empower ’25, we will be utilizing Whova for our registration and conference management. Please find the Whova Sponsor Benefit Sheet to learn more about the ways Whova helps to streamline the sponsorship process and the benefits of utilizing the Whova Sponsor Center.
