The Customer Resource Specialist is responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing Child Care Resource & Referral (CCRR) resources to clients. Maintaining accurate information about families in the Statewide Data System, screening applicants for financial assistance eligibility and maintaining current information of funding available. This position requires a candidate who is bilingual and able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish proficiently.
The Family Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate information about families in the Statewide Data System, Enhanced Field System (EFS), screening applicants for financial assistance, and performing eligibility determination and enrollment for School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start childcare programs.
The Education Specialist - Technical Assistance (TA) Specialist provides targeted support to family childcare homes and childcare centers contracted with the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County including those programs participating in the Strong Minds Program. This position requires the ability to understand and interpret program data to help providers improve their classroom practice. The position requires an individual who can manage their schedule, work independently, communicate effectively orally and in writing, understand and implement procedures and practices, and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
