The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County received an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) grant to serve 150 children from birth to three years of age in the most needed areas of the county in 2013. Early Head Start provides comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families. The grant serves children and their families in Belle Glade (33430), Pahokee (33476), Riviera Beach (33404), and West Palm Beach (33401 and 33407).  The Coalition partners with local providers in these communities to deliver the comprehensive services of Early Head Start with Coalition staff support.

The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership program is seeking to establish a list of prequalified child care centers and family child care homes in the communities listed above that meet or have the ability to meet the basic Head Start standards.  Successful applicants will be considered for the EHS-CCP program if spaces become vacant and funding is available.
